Booking rules

We inform you that the prices are based on the assumption that the dog's coat does not need more care and time than normal.

If your dog's fur is very matted or otherwise requires extra work, an additional fee of SEK 400 will be charged depending on what needs to be done and the time required. We will inform the customer of this before we proceed.

 

If your dog has vermin, the dog owner is responsible for the cost of cleaning up and any lost booking revenue, depending on the type of vermin.

 

Any cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time , otherwise the full cost of the visit will be charged.

 

If we have to interrupt your dog's treatment for reasons such as the dog becoming ill, aggressive, having a lot of fear or stress, we will deduct the price of the treatment depending on how far we have come. The minimum fee to pay is 500 SEK regardless of when we interrupt. This is due to lost income.

 

Your dog may be photographed and filmed and appear on our website, Facebook or Instagram. :)

 

If we become so ill that we have to close for haircuts, we cannot guarantee that you will get a new haircut appointment within a short time frame. However, we always do our best to help our customers and find solutions.
